Lenny is the President and a Co-Founder of Unlimited Furniture Group, Inc., an innovative and fast-growing furniture company that includes traditional retail outlets, eCommerce under http://www.bedroomfurniturediscounts.com, http://www.diningroomsoutlet.com, http://www.discountlivingrooms.com, http://www.tvstandsoutlet.com, and furniture distribution in Russia. The company was formed in 2004, and has since been growing every year. Mr. Kharitonov is also a sales coach concentrating on the furniture industry and a business advisor.
Beginning his career in furniture industry in 1994, as a promoter for Hillside Bedding of Brooklyn, NY, Lenny was soon advanced to the position of a Partner and Operator. As part of the Hillside Bedding team, Lenny led the overall operations of the company, including financial planning, financial reporting, business development, marketing, and human resource management.
After leaving Hillside Bedding in 1999, Lenny joined Citywide Furniture group, based in New York, as Managing Partner. He played a key role in leading company operations. As a result of his expertise, the company increased its revenue by 25% in the first three months of his employment. Lenny initiated and oversaw the reorganization of the company’s operations in order to provide automation for all stores. His contributions enabled the company to succeed by enhancing the company’s financial position and positioning Citywide Furniture for a profitable sale.
In June of 2004, Lenny and Tommy, a childhood friend, joined together to form the Unlimited Furniture Group. Under their leadership, the company flourished right from the beginning by opening a sales office and warehouse in New York and a distribution facility in New Jersey.
Lenny now leads the management team and oversees all daily operations of the company. He also develops strategies for customer base expansion and works with the sales team to implement customer base expansion strategies. He also provides sales training to his client base and their employees.
Lenny spent his childhood in Russia. His family immigrated to the United States in 1992. In 2002, he graduated magna cum laude from Pace University with a bachelor degree in Finance and Management. Lenny also serves as an Executive Board Member with the Greater New York Home Furnishings Association. In the past he was an Executive Director for the Bensonhurst Business Club, a community organization aimed at uniting local businessmen in New York City. Lenny is pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree via a program for executives at Columbia Business School.
